EGGS — Wholesale prices for cartoned shell eggs are weakening and have begun to decline as supplies are increasing beyond immediate needs. FLOUR — 72% of the winter wheat crop is now planted in the US, right in line with the 5-year average. Market continues to be weather driven; look for US and Black Sea region weather patterns to drive market.

ASPARAGUS — Market is extremely active. Mexico coming up with light supply. Several containers are being delayed due to weather and rough seas. Market is high and will continue through next week.

ONIONS — Quality is excellent, and sizing overall is good, adding the trend is to jumbos. Market has been steady, with demand adequate to good on all three colors.
