Happy 2021! A look back at 2020 and the changes to the way business is now being done has been mind boggling. For one, we are more connected to our devices (phones and computers) than ever before. Businesses are trying to keep up with DIYers – in the food and craft industry for sure. Closures of restaurants have forced people to learn to cook …. or settle for fast-food. And, people are trying to find balance in their lives. I am one of them. Furloughed from my daytime job has driven me to resurrect Ro Z’s, and reaffirm my love for teaching, baking, decorating, and creating. I thank those who supported me during 2020, and I look forward to serving our industry and community in 2021. I have new things coming, and would like to share what I have “up my sleeve” below. I wish you all and your families wellness, happiness and prosperity as we evolve in 2021! xoxo Ro
