Employees, friends, and family gathered to send Tom Hotchkiss into retirement after more than 40 years in the foodservice industry. Tom began his career in 1977 with Sysco, working his way up from Marketing Associate to Director of National Accounts for Northern California. Tom also held sales management positions at various independent distributors before joining Cotati Food Service in 2009. In his 10 years with Cotati Food Service, Tom grew sales, doubled the sales staff, expanded our product offerings, and was instrumental in conducting our first of several food shows. We appreciate Tom’s dedication and commitment to the foodservice industry and wish him a wonderful retirement.
